Our new residential project, located in the area of Drosia in Attica, is on it’s way to receive planning permit and get on site as soon as possible. This study concerns an A+ energy efficient apartment building, developed in four levels with basement, ground floor and two storey’s. It consists of a total of 5 properties – apartments from 100sq.m to 150sq.m, including a mezzanine level, courtyards with pools and roof for exclusive use.
