Our brand new project is about a sustainable A+ energy efficient private residence in Kalamata, Greece. It’s a Private House named “Venza”, of the total of 525 sq.m on a unique plot of 920 sq.m. The property is in a great location with perfect orientation to the south, looking the sea coastline of Kalamata’s city, and situated between open plots with olive trees. This plot will accommodate the house along with its gardens, terraces and its swimming pool.

The house is being designed for a family of four and is developed in four levels. The basement consists of storages, mechanical spaces and the gym, while pilotis level consists of the guest house, storages, garden, swimming pool, parking and the outdoor living area. First floor (main house) consists of an open plan living space, kitchen area, master bedroom with walk in closet and en-suite wc, other two bedrooms, bathrooms, a storage and a laundry room. The upper level of the house, consists of a home cinema and an office area. Vertical distribution along all four levels is done with the main staircase and the elevator.

In terms of design the house was carefully designed with a pure modern architectural approach. The materials, colours and textures were selected in order to match the surrounding dramatic landscape.
