Our new residential project, located in the area of Glyfada in Attica, is on it’s way to receive planning permit and get on site as soon as possible. This study concerns an A++ energy efficient apartment building, developed in five levels, with basement, ground floor and three storey’s. It consists of a total of 5 properties, two flat apartments, three maisonettes from 85sq.m to 130sq.m, including courtyards and roof for exclusive use.
